This is the Hoxie City Attorney in natural state of Arkansas. I was released from my volunteer position as a volunteer fire fighter. There are two ways to ve released from the fire depart. One is a very simple non confrontational way that occurs anytime during your 90 day probation. Or you are past your probation and they have to cite cause after exhausting a prescribed disiplinary procedure. So it is a mystery as to why I was let go for cause. I am still in probationary period according to the department even though I disagree. So why was i told there were four seperate complaints against me. Yes complaints I never was told about. The complaints were relayed to me as a pig farmer in black rock - well that is incorrect the complainer is Zack Wilson, who once I process my FOIA with Hoxie, could end up in court for liable or slander.
