This lady is the bomb! I hired Nancy to address a real estate licensing issue with DBPR. I've consumed a lot of legal fees over the last 35 years (over $5 million) in investment syndication, probate, real estate acquisition & development, hedge fund formation, patent litigation, cross border debt, and international joint ventures. I've never experienced an attorney in any field that was better than Nancy is in her's. HIRE HER.
NANCY has always made me feel like I’m her ONLY client. Even though I hear her phone(s) ring during every call! I haven’t waited more than 15 minutes for a direct returned phone call from her, EVER. From the initial consultation she has always shown complete professionalism. I can tell she genuinely enjoys helping. She’s handled every matter I’ve thrown to her extremely fast and with the utmost professionalism. I’ve also caught emails from her in the extreme early morning to the late evening to quickly handle issues. Over the past month I’ve grown to trust Nancy as family although we have yet to meet in person. She’s represented me as the title company for my recent home purchase, to review/correct all loan and contract issues, and to protect my rental security deposits rightful return. I live in Cape Coral and was skeptical to hire an attorney so far away, but I assure you not to hesitate because of distance. Your initial consultation will show you exactly what I’m talking about. I have not had much contact with any of her assistants but the times I have they have followed through with letting Nancy know I’ve called and always had an upbeat attitude. During the times when you need an attorney life is usually pretty stressful so a simple voice tone can change your day. The happy receptionist and the affirmative voice of Nancy is worth every dollar spent. LASTLY, Nancy does not know I’m writing this review and I’m receiving no compensation or discount whatsoever from this. This is the FIRST review I’ve ever written online so that should speak for itself. Readers my apologies for my punctuation and possible incorrect format. Thank you Nancy! Stay Strong, Tyler O.
I had the privilege of working with Ms. Campiglia last summer. A group of us homeowners used a go fund me account to hire her for her legal services and it was so refreshing to speak to a lawyer who really knew her stuff. Our initial consultation was eye opening as we learned things about HOA laws and the State of Florida laws that we never knew about. Her advice was spot on and her method to get results was amazing. She is calm, but persistent. She was available almost 24 hours a day for us and didn't try to nickle and dime us with billing for quick responses or questions. It truly was refreshing working with her and if you are having any HOA questions, concerns,or problems, RUN don't walk, RUN to Ms. Campiglia. These HOA issues can get harrowing and stressful on residents, but Ms. Campiglia was the the mature adult in the room who knew the laws and had the answers. Thank you Ms. Campiglia, you exceeded all of our expectations
Our community of 361 homes went through a contentious recall of two members of our board of directors last year. We formed a Recall Committee and initially received some legal counsel from another attorney, who proved to be too inexperienced to handle our case. Then, one of our neighbors referred us to Ms. Nancy Campiglia. At our first meeting with Nancy, we knew she was the right person for the job. We hired her to represent our Recall Committee. Partnering with Nancy to be the very wise decision, especially since we had to escalate the recall to the Division of Business and Professional Regulation. Nancy’s knowledge of HOA law and the DBPR is extensive. She was able to guide us through a recall that became increasingly hostile and nasty. Despite the tactics of the opposition, Nancy maintained an amazingly professional deportment and never lost sight of her goal -- having our recall certified by the State’s arbitrator. Many members of our community received personal attacks and endured tremendous stress during this six-month ordeal. Without Nancy’s sound advice and thoughtful counseling, it would have been difficult for many of us (myself, in particular) to carry on. Nancy was introduced to our community at a board meeting conducted by the attorney for the two recalled board members. My fellow homeowners took an immediate liking to Nancy at this meeting. Nancy’s demeanor reflects professionalism, expertise, kindness, honesty and strength. Those are all traits that I believe an attorney must possess. Our Recall Committee was self-funded, and homeowners felt comfortable about donating money to be used to cover Ms. Campiglia's highly reasonable fees. With Nancy’s tenacity, energy, and knowledge, we were able to receive a ruling in our favor from the arbitrator. Our recall was certified in September, and the two recall board members were finally ousted. I personally gained some tremendous learnings from Nancy – about the law, about human behavior, and about myself. I would highly recommended Ms. Nancy Campiglia to anyone embroiled in a difficult HOA issue. You won’t be disappointed.
I engaged Ms. Campiglia to help me obtain approval for the issuance of a Florida Real Estate license. Her thorough knowledge of the process and personalities involved made the process as worry free as possible for me. Most importantly her efforts on my behalf were 100% successful. She was quick, affordable, organized and reliable. Without reservation, I would recommend Ms. Nancy Campiglia for matters involving these state agencies or related issues. reservation.
Highly recommend this Attorney! Very Knowledgeable in her field and helped me to achieve a successful outcome with my legal issue!! Thank you, Nancy!
Not only was Nancy very knowledgable about the current standards and requirements for my profession (Real Estate Appraiser), but also incredibly comforting and caring during my legal issue. I felt confident in her experience and her sincerity in seeking the absolute best legal outcome for me. I would definitely recommend her to any Real Estate Appraiser seeking legal assistance.
Nancy did an amazing job for me. She was able to help me realize that it wasn't as serious as I though. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
As an officer in a timeshare resort, we had a plethora of problems where we needed legal guidance and interaction with State of Florida regulators. We went through attorney after attorney who were either incompetent or were unable to handle our problems for a variety of reasons. When we found Ms. Campiglia, she intervened in our behalf with regulators and the problems were resolved. Her guidance has proven to be 100% accurate in every matter. Her loyalty and availability is commendable. And her fees have always been very fair. There is nothing that I can say that describes our satisfaction and sheer luck in finding a person of such high integrity, knowledge and ability to represent our resort in regulatory matters. I highly recommend her if you are so lucky as to be able to employ her as your counsel..
Over the years, Nancy has counseled our firm on many matters related to condominium operations in Florida. Having been an author of much of the law, her contributions were priceless for us. Very responsive, very detailed, extremely knowledgeable. Works very well with opposing counsel. Highly recommended.
