With a focus on employment litigation, counseling, and general business litigation, Nadia P. Bermudez has significant litigation and trial experience in employment matters such as sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, defamation, trade secrets, and a wide range of other matters. In addition, Ms. Bermudez regularly advises public and private employers on all aspects the employment relationship, from the pre-employment process to the final separation of employment. While counseling employers on best practices, policies and human resources issues, Ms. Bermudez keeps clients informed on developments in state and federal employment law. Ms. Bermudez is an experienced trainer in areas such as sexual harassment prevention and other employment topics.A leader in the legal community, Ms. Bermudez devotes time to serving on a local and national level. She has served as President of San Diego La Raza Lawyers and the Lawyers Club of San Diego. Ms. Bermudez has also recently held leadership roles with the American Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association, and the San Diego County Bar Association.Ms. Bermudez has earned numerous awards and accolades for her work and commitment to community service. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Bermudez graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Irvine.
