About

 I was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama and I have been an attorney for over 45 years.  I have dedicated my practice to representing people who have been injured, wronged or denied benefits.  My commitment is to represent my clients with excellence and compassion while obtaining the benefits to which they are entitled.  My partner and daughter, Rose Marie Allenstein and I bring together diverse skills and perspectives to effectively represent injured people who deserve benefits.  I am licensed to practice in the US District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama and the US Supreme Court.  I am a member of the Alabama Bar Association, the Etowah County Bar Association and the Etowah County Inns of Court. I am married to Gloria Allenstein and we have raised four children.  I am deacon at Church of the Holy Spirit.  I do mission work in Guatemala where we try to go yearly and with a team from other Lutheran churches, we build a house for a local family there. I volunteer my time to the Regional Leadership Alliance and Church of the Holy Spirit youth basketball.
