Attorney Myra Hamilton delivered! Her representation resulted in an acceptable negotiated settlement. The settlement was out of court. She is very well-versed in her area of employment law. I definitely recommend her.
Discussed her strenghts, and knowledge in fields of law.
She listened to all of the details. I wrote out all of the details of my case and she reviewed it thoroughly and asked all relevant questions. Myra conducted lots of relevant research on my case and was generous with her time dedicated to my case. Never in a rush. Always honest! Would definitely recommend! Best in the business!
Attorney Hamilton represented me in a complicated EEO case against a Federal Agency. She was knowledgeable, professional, and well versed in the EEO laws. She kept me abreast throughout the process. She has also had many consultations with me about other discriminatory workplace issues. I would recommend her to anyone seeking justice.
Attorney Myra Hamilton represented me successfully before the Appeals Tribunal of the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development and I was awarded my unemployment benefits. She was skilled, told me exactly what to expect and when she questioned me during the hearing there was no way the Judge could rule any other way but in my favor. She pulled testimony from me that demonstrated that it would be both unfair and an injustice to uphold my employer's position that I engaged in misconduct. She is kind and very professional. Yes, I will recommend her to others.
