About

Morgan A. V. Spah  joined Drewes Law, PLLC in January 2011 after departing from a local bankruptcy law firm where she was an associate attorney since 2007.  Morgan specializes in the area of bankruptcy law and other legal tools that can be used to help people ease their financial distress and is committed to assisting clients with competence and compassion.   Morgan attended Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota and graduated in 2006. While attending law school Morgan focused her studies in the area of social justice and concentrated on gaining practical experience outside of the class room through her judicial internships and extensive work with the Minnesota Justice Foundation and the Volunteer Lawyers Network. After graduating from Hamline, Morgan continued to gain practical experience while working for Washington County Court Administration. Morgan received her bachelors degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2003 with a major in Political Science-Public Policy.  Morgan is admitted to the Minnesota Bar, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association-Bankruptcy Section and The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

My husband and I had a very difficult case for our bankruptcy and Morgan worked diligently on our case. She did a lot of research to make sure we were being protected and always let us know what was going on with our case. I would highly recommend Morgan for any bankruptcy proceedings
