I recently concluded a 18-month custody battle. During the course of the case, there was a mountain of false allegations cast against me involving numerous CPS, Gaurdian Ad Litem, and other professional investigations. Ultimately, the allegations were are found to not be credible and I ended up with majority custody of my daughter. I don't believe I could have accomplished this outcome without Randy in my corner. During the course of my case, Randy was thorough in is review of the matter. He always took the time to understand the facts and drama associated with the case. He has a great understanding of family and custody law matters and a breadth of experience in dealing with different situations. As my case went on, I found my conversations with Randy to be very strategic. Randy made sure I understood all of the options and possible outcomes along with his recommendations, while making sure that I always knew that I was ultimately in charge of the decisions we would make. I feel as though Randy was a part of my team and I am forever grateful to him. Randy makes sure you get your money's worth. He is open to allowing for flexibility in how your case is managed if you are willing to put in work on your behalf. Lastly, Randy and his team a Finney-Lindquist are top not individuals who care about their clients. If you are looking for simply some consultation or full-on engagement to handle your family or custody case, make sure you speak with Randy Finney before you make a decision on which attorney to best represent you.
I have been very happy with the service Randy has provided to me throughout my divorce. He is very responsive, quick thinking, and experienced. He is motivated to find the best solutions to problems as efficiently as possible. His advisement is straight to the point, and he works carefully with me to develop good strategies. He has been an excellent advocate on my behalf, and I recommend him fully.
Please accept this as an honest letter of my recommendation for Mr. Finney as an excellent lawyer. Randolph was my divorce attorney and I looked to him for sound advice and enjoyed having him work diligently on my behalf. Randolph is a very thorough and competent professional who always had my best interests in mind. I like that Randolph did not hesitate to professionally inform me when I was slightly misguided thinking another approach was better, nevertheless, deferring to his wealth of knowledge, I trusted his legal guidance and was in very good hands. He never missed a scheduled meeting and he always took my calls of concern. What I especially liked about Randolph was his ability to remain calm and thoughtful. He is a solid lawyer who practices nothing but the best customer service. Thank you Mr Finney
He was great! Got right back to me, he seemed to truely sympathize with my problem. Directed me in the direction I needed to be as far as jurisdiction at no charge for the consultation. If he was running for president he would have my vote!
Terrible representation! They care nothing about their clients and are all about the money. I paid them $7,500 and they did absolutely nothing for me that I couldn't have done myself. I had 3 court hearings and they appeared at 0 of them with me so I got steamrolled at all of them. So many broken promises and not a care in the world on they're part. They sold me on the fact that they said they would help me see my kids within 2 weeks and 9 months later, 0 court appearances, $7500, still not able to see my children and they said that they could no longer represent me unless I gave them more money. Steer clear of this firm!
