I guess it goes without saying that family law disputes are difficult. It is also true that there are a lot of attorneys practicing in this area, but not all are that good despite their ratings. Molly is that good. She knows the law and is very savvy. No one really "wins" when you have to settle a matter in court but I can tell you absolutely that she cleaned the clock of our opponent. Her arguments were precise, the judge believed her and she uncannily was able to impeach the testimony of our opponent by showing they either didn't do their homework or contradicted written records and/or testimony. Lastly, she is just a good person. We enjoyed working with her.
