        I am a Board Certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California since 1986.        I have represented several clients whose primary business is the development and ownership of real estate.  The value of real estate owned by these various clients varied from as little as $15 million to several billion dollars.  The types of real estate portfolios owned by these various clients is throughout the broad spectrum of real estate including shopping centers, restaurants, apartment buildings, residential tracts and other various commercial properties.  I am intimately familiar with all issues in connection with valuation and division of real estate and divorce.        I have represented clients who have been the majority owner of all kinds of businesses, including but not limited to manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and entertainment.  These businesses generated annual revenues from $15 million to $5 billion per year.        I have also has represented individuals who have been the single largest shareholders in national and/or multinational corporations where the valuation of the client's ownership interest was in many cases in excess of $1 billion.        My honors and past and present memberships include:
