About

Because of the close relationships Mischa Boardman has with her clients, she works even harder to deliver the best possible outcomes in their business disputes, commercial litigation, and eminent domain matters. She can achieve these outcomes because she knows her client, their business strategy and can tailor the legal strategy to support and accelerate the business outcomes. She invests herself deeply and personally – for her, the client’s problem is her problem.Mischa is adept at taking on complicated issues, distilling them to their simplest form, and developing practical strategies to drive the solutions her client desires.  Her communications with her clients require no prompting and yield no surprises.  Anticipating their needs, Mischa ensures her clients have the right information at the right time to align internal and external stakeholders with the latest information available and more importantly, how it impacts their strategy.  She is process-driven and knows how to navigate issues fluidly to give her client peace of mind.  She creates a seamless interface with her clients to reduce stress and unnecessary activities. We all have blind spots and Mischa makes it her mission to ensure she sees the blind spots, and acts to prevent or avert unwelcome surprises.  Simply put, Mischa has your back.  She has represented individuals, municipalities, and companies across a variety of industries, including publicly traded REITs, Fortune 500 corporations, and small businesses in commercial, property, construction, intellectual property and eminent domain disputes. Her abilities to drive results are exemplified particularly well by her representation of the nation’s largest independent electric transmission company. To build its infrastructure and expand the service it offers its customers, Mischa and her team of attorneys worked arm-in-arm over a number of years with the Company to help it grow and achieve successful results.Mischa has also garnered the respect of her peers in the practice. Great lawyer. Extremely diligent and exceptionally sharp. An adversary to many of my positions, but fair and courteous at every turn.
