As your neutral third party mediator, I will provide information to help you make well informed decisions regarding child support, your parenting time schedule, equitable distribution of assets, and alimony. NHDM focuses exclusively on divorce mediation and provides you with complete service from beginning to end. You will conclude the New Hope Divorce Mediation process with a legally sound and binding Settlement Agreement which will be incorporated into a final Divorce Decree. Your Agreement is a plan of action that both of you can live with. There is not one winner and one loser. Neither judges nor lawyers will be making the decisions for your future for you. You are in charge of your future.
