Last year, I heard Milda speak about the importance of a Will at my church. She explained having one would ensure my family would not have to worry as much about the division of my estate, so I decided to meet with her to discuss the specifics of my situation. Her knowledge of exactly what needed to be included and her ability to answer every question I had greatly helped me choose her as my attorney. The process was quick and painless, and she had copies of my Will made. This allowed her to store the original and give me a copy to reference if needed. I highly recommend Milda's services to those who don't already have a Will.
I would not use this attorney for estate planning, and would recommend anyone looking for competent legal counsel to look elsewhere, preferably another law firm. Communication skills and follow up very poor, due diligence not exercised; ability to disseminate accurate information very poor (beneficiaries given inaccurate information, which resulted in wrong decisions being made with adverse results); ethical and moral conduct unbecoming of an attorney (attorney did not follow through on specific requests made by deceased, causing friction among beneficiaries). Also, insufficient information gathered during estate planning process which resulted in serious financial and tax implications. Legal action pending. Complaint made to state bar association about attorney’s conduct.
