Michelle G. Sanchez, a Miami native, is a founding member of the firm Sanchez Vadillo, LLP, f/k/a Torres & Vadillo, LLP. She is married to Luis Sanchez, a native of Venezuela.Together they have 2 children and reside in Doral, Florida. She concentrates her practice in residential and commercial real estate transactions, business acquisitions, corporate formation, contract negotiation, foreclosure law, real estate contract disputes, landlord and tenant law and represents real estate developers and investors in all phases of financing, acquisition and sales.Her real estate and business experience includes the negotiation, documentation and closing of secured lending transactions for financial institutions as well as private investors.
