Attorney Oliveira oversees PK Boston’s regional position as the South Coast leader in real estate law, foreclosure and civil litigation matters. Ms. Oliveira has over five years of experience working in title curation and default servicing, primarily handling real estate foreclosures.  Ms. Oliveira is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is an active member of the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Title Standards and Practices Committee, which establishes rules to govern real estate transactions in Rhode Island.
