Matt is an outstanding lawyer!! He was reccommended to me by a friend for a visitation case I was going thru. At first my ex only had supervised visitation when i came to Matt. Now my ex is no longer allowed to have visitation at this time, permanent child support is set, and we were able to relocate to a different state. Matt is extremely sharp and knows the law very well. He always answered all my questions and emails quick and thoroughly. He is absolutly the best lawyer I have had!!
Matt helped my wife and I plan out our will and power of attorney documents. He is a very professional lawyer who was extremely responsive and had our best interests in mind. He was able to give real life examples that affected him that helped us better understand the decisions we were making. I would highly recommend him.
I couldn't be any happier with Matthew Majernik. He clearly explained everything and asked many checking questions to ensure me and my wife had no further questions on each item. It was a seemless process through our divorce.
Matt Majernik was instrumental in our home closing. He understood our needs and made a beneficial change to the title work that otherwise may have gone unnoticed. We were much more confident knowing that he was overseeing the process. We would recommend Matt to anyone.
Wow. I have been in business professional for 20 years and have worked with dozens of attorneys. There is only one attorney who I believe is more ineffective in court and more unethical that attorney Majernik. I hired Attorney Majernik for a divorce related financial dispute. I deserved to win. We lost on every count. Leaving the court room before the verdict, I asked why he was so passive in court and did not attempt to argue our case at all. He replied, "The financial affidavits speak for themselves." He was wrong. He also said, "The judge winked at me." After the verdict of total loss on all counts, he billed me an additional $400 to review a couple very short emails where he suggested we appeal and I asked what it would cost. I chose not to appeal, because he said he would charge over $12,000 to appeal. Even though he thought we had a great case, I am certain he would loose. I am still getting new bills from him, including $30 to read my message that I don't want to appeal and he should close my case. Disgusting. Maybe someday, his bills will stop coming?
