Ms. Lerman has been practicing law for over 25 years, has published numerous articles on a wide range of estate planning topics, and is a much sought-after professional speaker. She obtained her Degree of Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles and her Degree of Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California.Ms. Lerman founded Lerman Law Partners LLP with her husband of 30 years, Jeffrey H. Lerman, who was Past-President of the Marin County Bar Association. In addition to Probate and Estate Planning, Lerman Law Partners LLP, known as the “Real Estate Investor’s Lawyers”, assists clients with loan workouts, real estate transactions, litigation and business succession.
