Michelle was the lawyer on the sale of my condo several years ago. She was recommended by my real estate agent however I was very displeased with her performance. She was managing too many clients at once which left her spread to thin. I felt that I got screwed in the end by the other buyer's lawyer b/c Michelle was too busy to care about my situation and didn't put the extra effort in to remedy the issues. Maybe she has improved over the years however I was very disappointed in her at the time and felt like this was a good forum to express that.
