Attorney Michal Durakiewicz has handled over 300 criminal cases and dozens of personal injury cases. On the criminal defense side, he has won numerous dismissals, acquittals, and reductions on behalf of his clients. On the personal injury side, he has represented clients in motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice claims, and sexual harassment in federal court.In his law practice, Michal has distinguished himself as a relentless advocate for the interests of his clients, with hundreds of hours of courtroom experience. His approach to legal representation comprises three elements: informing the client of all his or her options, performing a rigorous investigation of all the facts relevant to the client’s case, and thoroughly preparing for every possible development in the case. Knowing that the secret to success in the legal field is being willing to outwork one’s opponent, Michal has achieved victories in the courtroom time and time again.Michal received his undergraduate degree in Russian Literature in 2012 from Vanderbilt University. He received his Law Degree in 2015 from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. At Emory Law, he was awarded an academic merit scholarship which covered most of his law school tuition.  This award was based on his exceptional undergraduate achievement.Outside the courtroom, Michal enjoys travel, fishing, and skiing. He is fluent in Russian and Polish.
