I basically needed a consultation first because I hadn't been charged with anything or been given ticket/citation but I was extremely tense about receiving ticket or court date in my mail. After having a chat with him I am very relieved.

This guy left me high and dry 17 hours before my arraignment in 2016. He kept his retainer fee, of course. His partner argued that Berg had told me he could no longer represent me well before my hearing date and that I must have forgotten. I’m not stupid. This is something I would have remembered. Not trustworthy at all.
