He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and all state and federal courts in California. He founded Fabiano Law Firm, P.C. in 2011.In 1993-1994, Mr. Fabiano served as law clerk to U.S. District Judge Linda H. McLaughlin, Central District of California.
