I decided to file a chapter 7 after i got laid off. It was a hard desicion, but Michael and his staff assured me i would have a fresh start at life. He never filed my last document to close my case. After 2 yrs of trying to get him to complete my case I gave up. Hired a different attorney and paid additional 1000.00 now have to wait another two years before I can refinance home. I'm going to file complaint with the BAR association.

I hired Michael Croddy to handle my bankruptcy case. This guy does NOT return your phone calls and if you hire him, expect your case to drag on forever because he takes your money and only works on it when he gets around to it. I've had to work with attorneys in the past for various reasons and I've never encountered anyone like this. Seriously, I'm not exaggerating...save yourself some major grief and aggravation...don't waste your money on this loser!!

I paid Mike a $5000 retainer. He has NEVER completed my BK. I have tried reaching him over 20 times in 6 months, he returned my call once when I threatened to file a complaint then he disappeared again. DO NOT USE him. Save yourself the headache and get an attorney that has ethics. I will be filing a complaint with the state bar.
