About

Although I have won over 95% of my cases that go to trial and arbitration, I pride myself on being able to favorably settle cases for my clients without having to go to trial or arbitration.  I do whatever I can to keep my client’s fees and costs as low as possible while still getting my clients the results they want.  Many times my fees end up being about half as much as the fees charged by the big firms representing other defendants on the same case.  Just because I don’t charge as much as the big firms charge does not mean I am not highly qualified.  Even before I attended law school, my abilities in the legal area were given high regard by some of the best attorneys in the country.  While working as the defense team law clerk on a highly publicized case, (U.S. v. Paul Castellano) I was given letters of recommendation from the lead prosecutors who were on the opposite side of the case. After attending Southwestern University School of Law on a Full Tuition Scholarship, I was hired by a very good civil litigation firm.  The partners of Daniels, Baratta and Fine quickly showed great faith in my abilities when they allowed me to try my first case for a very wealthy business man and his wife against claims by their former maid that the wife beat up the maid.  The maid sought punitive damages which are not covered by insurance.  At the time, the firm had a strict policy that only partners could try cases where punitive damages were sought.  In the first day of trial, a priest testified that the wife admitted to beating up the maid.  The Judge then ordered me to advise the senior partner of the firm that the Judge believed the defendants could not prevail because jurors do not disregard the testimony of priests.  After the Plaintiff failed to take a large settlement offer made against my advice, I obtained a favorable verdict for my clients by convincing the jurors the priest was not truthful.  Please see my website for more info on my trials and settlements.  Feel free to call me for a free consultation.

Mike handled two cases for me over the past six years and both were resolved in an expeditious manor. One case was a Real Estate caseand the other was a Business Law (partnership disolution)case. Mike was fair, reasonable, and honest about the situation we were involved in and did not try to give me unreasonable expectations about our cases. He called it like it was and we were sucessful on both accounts. He understands the California Legal system for what it is and he maneuvered around the obstacles put in front of us. Neither case went to trial, but he was ready to do so. Both cases settlled out of court, but only because Mike was ready to go to trial and his good work was in position to easily carry the day in court. No doubt, he will always be in my corner if I need a lawyer again.

I have known Mike for several years. I met him at the Chamber of Commerce where he served on the Board of Directors. In the last few years I have used Mike's services several times to review real estate contracts, provide business expertise and advise on other legal matters. He have always gotten good results and felt his fee's were fair. He is also active in the local community.

I have used Michael on more than one occasion and I have always been satisfied. He is easy to speak to and his assistant Sonia is very helpful. Unlike many lawyers, Michael does not run up fees unnecessarily; in fact, he regularly offered solutions that would keep my bill down. Michael has always shown himself to me to be a very capable attorney and just as important, someone you can trust to have your best interest at heart.

I have worked with and employed Michael Naso several times over the last ten years. I have used Michael many times over the years as consult to my Business Telephone Sales and Installation company. Michael is competent and resourceful in all areas where I have needed consult, including real estate, business, personal finance and marriage issues. I have attended some of his free business litigation prevention seminars which very informative and prompted me to revise some of my contracts and the way that I do business. My also takes care of his health (inspiring) and has a good sense of humor (for an attorney). Overall, a pleasure to do business with over the years.
