About
Some bosses disrespect people who don't look like them or didn't grow up in the same neighborhood. Some bosses won't stand for workers who work hard, play by the rules, and expect the same of their boss. Some bosses won't keep their written commitments.I fight the boss in Court.

I am writing this review to hopefully help someone else that is looking for a great attorney. I was looking for a lawyer for my citizenship application and had talked to a few layers but they juts wanted to talk about how much they would charge for my case after I told them my situation. I was getting frustrated and then an attorney recommended Micheal Jacobson. I called him the same day and set up a consultation. He was very upfront and really cared about my case and from there in it has been a pleasure and honor working with Michael, he did a colossal work with high integrity and has been very patient with me even though it has taken a couple years for my case to finish. Give Michael a call first
I recently had to deal with a discrimination issue based on a chronic health situation. I interviewed 3 different lawyers and 2 of them responded with unclear advice and were unsure how to proceed. Mike knew exactly how to handle the situation, was able to leverage his many years of experience to offer up a solution I hadn't considered, and accurately predicted how my former employer would respond. The end result was I got exactly what I was hoping for and now have closure to the whole situation and can move past this stressful experience. Mike is super sharp, has many years of experience, and is very easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any employment related issues.
had a l1 visa for the US but unfortunately got stuck in Canada because of some complications. Our lawyer worked very quickly and prfessionally and got our case resolved.
My experience with Mr. Jacobson was satisfactory and efficient. Documents where prepared flawlessly and exceeded my expectation.
The best customer service available, he was always responsive and answered all my questions promptly. Although I speak minimal english he always showed me the outmost respect and patience when dealing with me and my personnel.
Michael Jacobson won an L&I denial for me. He was upfront and very knowledgeable about what was needed to affect a positive outcome for me. He knew just what information he needed to obtain from the doctors I had seen and didn't waste time with issues that were not pertinent to the case. The case was with the State of Alaska and Mr. Jacobson is familiar with their L&I laws. We didn't even have to go to court as the information Mr. Jacobson presented was enough for a settlement in my favor.
a year ago,i need a lawyer for my immigration status.i found an ad for michael jacobson firm.they were very pleasant.they ask me to come in for a initial interview after they explain all the thing we need to do.i got all my papers and very satisfied with all the work they done.
I was referred to Mike for a problem with the NEXUS permits which my son, my wife and myself had been issued in 2002, but were denied renewal in 2007. I was presented with 2 options of a flat fee of $10,000 for "getting our NEXUS permits back" (but not guaranteed), OR an hourly-rate charge. Because I was led to believe that an "hourly-rate charge" approach could result in a final billing which could exceed the $10,000 flat rate, I chose the latter. A contact at the very high level of Homeland Security resulted in the return of our NEXUS passes - within a relatively short time. Although there was more work done than just a phone call, I believe that the fee paid was somewhat excessive. However, the end result was achieved. Crossing the border without a NEXUS pass for each of us would be very time-consuming and agonizing - to supervise the five businesses which we operate in Washington State. Every time I cross the border (when there is a long line-up - 2 to 3 hours waiting in line), I thank Mike for his effort in "getting" my NEXUS pass back. I also "chalk one up" for a "return on my investment" of the $10,000. fee!

I also "chalk one up" for a "return on my investment" of the $10,000. fee!
I am writing this review to hopefully help someone else that is looking for a great attorney.
