Mr. Brush is a very dependable and knowledgable attorney. He is is extremely honest and professional. I highly recommend using him. He has extensive experience in litigation and is an amazing negotiator. I trust him with my life as he has saved me on multiple occasions. He got me off of a DUI after I blew a .11. He also saved my business by suing my partner who embezzled funds. I've used him time and again and he never disappoints.

I have known Michael Brush for several years and he has handled several different cases for me and my extended family. He is masterful in criminal as well as civil matters. What separates Michael Brush from other attorneys is his sheer gift of lawyering. I have seen no better lawyer in court. He is always well prepared, but what is exceptional is his genius legal mind. He knows the law and the court system. He is a very seasoned attorney.

After two years in prison as a innocent man I was granted a new trial. MR. Brush represented me, the trial lasted a week which you could imagine caused a great deal of stress on myself and as a result I developed an erratic heartbeat. Under my doctors orders I was given a sedative and sent on bed rest. When I didn't appear in court for the verdict Mr. Brush called me, and when I explained what had happened he told me he had an idea. He called me back and had informed me that the court would come to my home. The judge jury and all unimaginably arrived at my home and continued the process, the verdict??? not guilty. The foreman of the jury later called on behalf of himself and the judge to express how impressed they were with Mr. Brush, and he added you too. Mr. Brush also represented me when we went to the pentagon to make right an injustice that had occurred 38 years prior to that day. The wrong was serving me with a dishonorable discharge for my service in the U.S Army. A promise to my mother, after 38 years had been fulfilled when the judge granted me with a Honorable discharge. There you have it mom. In order to compensate my family and myself I became a bookie. I was arrested for a five dollar bet, the judge said I was going to prison for two years! Mr. Brush got a change of venue. The briefs summited to the judge, and the clerks office suspiciously disappeared. Mr. Brush was compelled to go to the district attorney's office, who in turn, testified to an assigned court that Mr. Brush, must have surely summited a brief to the judge and the clerk's office. Mr. Brush testified that he had represented the US government in Europe, practiced law in New York, and would never resort to false tactics. In the chance of venue, I went to jail for 30 days. I have recommended Mr. Brush to at least a dozen or so family and friends and all had nothing but great things to say about him. Truthfully yours, Salvador Reyes

Mr. Brush represented me throughout the foreclosure of my home in 2011. He was extremely bright and his knowledge of the law made it possible for me to retain my home. My children and I thank Mr. Brush from the bottom of our heart.

After two years in prison as a innocent man , on a drug sale charge. I was granted a new trial. Mr. Brush represented me . The trial lasted a week, it caused a tremendous amount of stress in me and I developed a erratic heartbeat. A visit to the family doctor, and under his advisement I was given a sedative and ordered on bed rest. When I didn't appear in court for the verdict, Mr. Brush called me and when I explained what had happened he told me he'd try something. He called me back and said the court would come to my house. The judge jury and all, unimaginably arrived and continued the process, the verdict??? not guilty. Later the Forman of the jury called me on behalf of himself as well as all the members of the court to express how impressed they were with Mr. Brush, and he added you too. Mr. Brush also represented me when we went to the pentagon, to make right an injustice that had occurred 38 years prior to that day. The wrong was serving me with a un honorable discharge for my service in the U.S Army. A promise to my mother had been fulfilled when I was granted a honorable discharge. There you have it mom. Truthfully Salvador.

I first contacted Michael Brush in 1979 when I had a trial with the IRS. He helped me avoid prison and he made a nominal settlement with them. I have used him numerous times with business and personal matters. He has always represented me in a very fine caring professional manner. He has won all but one. He also helped my daughter in a similar manner. I do recommend him highly.

I also retained Mr. Brush. This was in 1997 when he represented me in a disability discrimination suit in federal court against a federal agency. We would have won hands down; however, in 1999 the U.S. Supreme Court came out with three simultaneous decisions drastically limiting the the Americans with Disabilities Act. My case was sunk. However, Mr. Brush was still able to secure a settlement in my favor with the AUSA assigned to my case. Most lawyers disdain practicing in federal court; however, Mr. Brush did not shy away the least and relished in it. The financial meltdown during the Bush administration caused Mr. Brush's world to collapse. His investments evaporated overnight. While still representing them, clients didn't pay his fees as many similarly were impacted by the recession. He couldn't meet his financial obligations. His wife left him. His magnificent home was foreclosed upon. He took to the bottle - causing him more problems. He ultimately did what many of us would do - whatever it took to survive. The sum effect of this all led to the downfall of a competent, noted and well-respected lawyer. During his downfall I retained him once more in 2013 in a matter with another federal agency. I asked him to disrepect a high-level government official and directly fax a letter to his office. This he did, and within days the federal agency reversed its decision. Several of my co-workers during and after my federal employment uitlized Mr. Brush. Though his retainer was high, he got results. Eighteen years after my initial consultation with Mr. Brush, I am still contacted by former co-workers for Mr. Brush's telephone number. I regretfully inform them that he no longer is practicing law. Ir's a real shame the way he went down.

I hired Michael Brush to handle a landlord/tenant case on my behalf. There's no question, his education is prestigious, but my trust in Michael Brush began and ended with that one point alone. He missed deadlines; he failed to show up for court appearances; he did not return my phone calls and/or emails, and he attempted to inflate court fees to gain a margin of profit for himself. Although prior to my case every item of the law was in my favor to win, I lost because of the gross negligence displayed by Michael Brush throughout the period he was my attorney. Eventually I had to hire a competent attorney to attend to the damage that was wrought by Michael Brush. Presently I am in the midst of filing with the California State Bar Association against Michael Brush. In my experience if you hire Michael Brush you will cost yourself an immeasurable amount of suffering, worry and money, plus the peril of losing your case. To me, it is not worth it. Save yourself the aggravation and heartache and learn from my mistake.
