Michael York is a nationally recognized lawyer focusing on litigaion and counseling. He was worked on high-profile cases for major industries for more than 20 years and has experience handling commercial disputes, internal investigations and complex criminal investigations. Mike is a member of the Virginia State Bar Council and serves on the VSB's Budget Committee and the Judicial Candidate Evaluation Committee, which issues ratings for prospective candidates for federal judgeships and seats on the Virginia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. Mike's clients have included the New York Stock Exchange, Bausch & Lomb, Merck, Miller Brewing Co., Altria, Jack Welsh, the Church of the Good Shepherd UMC and Terminix. Mike also maintains an active general practice, helping individual clients with a range of legal issues, such as estate planning, elder law and business planning.
