Mike is an attorney who represents businesses in creditor/debtor matters. On the creditor side, he collects money owed to his clients, forecloses on real estate and other collateral, and aggressively enforces judgments. On the debtor side, Mike represents businesses in financial distress. He negotiates with lenders and other creditors and, when needed, uses chapter 11 bankruptcy to restructure debts. He is also a business litigator, representing companies in disputes of virtually all types.
