The best thing I can say is Mr. Trausch has a wonderful paralegal she a pleasure to work with and very professional. Unfortunately he doesn't feel the need to fully inform you that recommendations he makes are PURLY for his own financial benefit and not in your best interest. He successfully negotiated an accident claim against a driver who rear ended ME and in the process made me practically uninsurable. When I requested assistance with a second accident and would not permit the same gouging his office refused to assist. He's clearly got a great racket going, no need to even pursue an emergency vehicle...

Horrible experience!! His paralegal "misplaced" numerous forms, and made it clear that she would do little to no work on my case. Mr. Trauscht claimed everything was in my best interest, yet he walked away with more money than I did.
