After the tragedy of my 9 year old daughters terrible bicycle accident i was directed to Jim and his firm to gain some direction as to possible options for damages around the cause of her severe injuries. Jim came to our home and from the moment i met him i considered him a friend. He was compassionate, caring, honest and candid. He was resourceful, articulate and always made sure i understood what was taking place. He engaged me in all decisions and strategies in my daughters case and never let a call or email go unanswered. My daughters case has been over for several years yet i continue to stay in contact with Jim and send holiday cards each year. Now my daughter is 18 graduated from high school and a thriving young woman, with many limitations, but happy. Jim was my strength and supporter when i need one.
