Michael L. Russell is an employee rights lawyer and a mediator. He represents victims of employment discrimination, workplace harassment, and wage and hour violations. He also also teaches at the Belmont University College of Law. He received his law degree from the University of Memphis, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and attended on a Humphreys Law Fellowship. He is the President of the Nashville Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and the immediate past chair of the Tennessee Bar Association Labor and Employment Section.
