Michael and his team did a great job for me during a very difficult period. His staff was very courteous and professional . Michael knows his stuff and will definitely give you 100 % .
A Must READ!!! I was filling for divorce after being a stay at home mom with 4 children many years. I was lost, scared and confused. Michael immediately made me comfortable, safe and out for Me and my children's wellbeing. He handle both my divorce as well as custody of the children. in which with his hard work I got everything I wanted in personal property, full primary custody, alimony and child support. He knows the laws very well. always available to me when I had questions and concerns. But on another note, I still go back to him with legal advice in other circumstances I've come across since then. If you want true legal representation Michael Rovito is the lawyer, not only a need but you want on your side. One word EXELLENT!!
Michael, met and consulted with me regarding my soon to be divorce and educated me on my options that I could take in the course of seperating / filling to obtaining a final decree by the court. He left no stone unturned and was extremely thorough in making sure all of my assets were protected and also assisted in coaching me on what I should be doing to protect myself in the interim until seperation was achieved, as well as letting me know where we were in the process toward filling a final divorce settlement and receiving a decree. Within 90 days I was granted a decree of divorce, and he had my back the whole time through this most difficult time I had ever faced in my life. Most people think they can do this on their own, but there are way too many things that can be overlooked, and without the right wording / legal terminology in your settlement agreement, you could leave yourself open to future litigation/backlash/loss. Michael went through and explained each and every line of the settlement agreement and why it was important to word and structure it that way. In this time of darkness and pain from the loss and betrayal of a loved one, it is of the utmost importance to have someone thinking and looking out for you. Michael did just that for me and I highly recommend Michael and their firm.
Michael might be a good lawyer, but he is clearly inexperienced and did not acts as my advocate. He took his lead from opposing counsel and pushed me to agree with whatever they wanted. When I raised this issue he treated me more like opposition than a client. I did not feel like he was my advocate or supported me. I hope this is simply his inexperience, but right now I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
