I contacted Mr. Rivkin because I had not been paid for any overtime for over 2 years. Michael was very professional from the start. He said I had a case when other lawyers said I didn't. I decided he was the guy to go to. He was very professional and even though I didn't have a huge case Michael treated me like I was a person not a number and was totally professional from day one. My case moved very quick (I thought it would be a battle for years) but with Michael on my side it was very quick. About 7 months from start to finish. I recomend him to anyone that has a payroll or overtime dispute with their employer. I can't express in words how happy I am that I called him. Oh and the consultation was free which i think most people look for before hiring someone.
