About
Called "The Professor" within the halls of Goldberg Jones, Brad brings a strong analytical ability to each case that considers not only what a court should do legally but also what the court will likely do practically. While these two things should be very similar, that is not always the case and it is important that a family law litigator recognize the difference. “You have to be willing to change gears in any case,” says Brad. “Each case requires a different approach, and during a case, as the case changes, so should your approach. I try to create game plans with clients that address their needs. There are certainly cases where the best results will come by being aggressive early, but there are other cases where finesse is a better route - the key is in knowing the difference.”Brad is experienced in all phases of litigation including Depositions, negotiation and Trial. Brad is very active in his free time competing in dodgeball, kickball, softball and raising his two young children.

My family has worked with Brad on several occasions. Each time was for very different reasons, ranging from divorce and custody to seeking to change parenting time and navigating restraining orders. I can't recommend him more. He knows the ins-and-outs of the law, provides guidance on the steps to take to get the wanted outcome in court, and is a steady hand during what are emotional times.
Brad was assigned by the courts to be my son's lawyer in the parenting plan modification between my ex and I. My son was his first minor client, unfortunately. Brad did not know what to do, which is something he repeatedly admitted. He tanked our modification at the emotional expense of his client. He advocated more for the father than his own client(s), (there is a second, younger child involved and now impacted as well). This included his support of the father being in contempt of the current parenting plan, something that is a large part of the need for the modification in the first place. He did not appear to be looking at the big picture and black and white facts of the case, which also included the input of a long time therapist to the children.
