Mr. Peterson's total lack of knowledge & ability to represent his client in court displaced me from my money for the next four years. His total lack of knowledge , and ability to present exhibits during my court hearing process was exceedingly detrimental to my future! Mr. Peterson's ability to complete simple task with court exhibits marked "A thru Z' & 1 thru 25, were scheduled event description's names exhibits that provided to the court , point blank evidence I was totally not at fault! However Mr. Peterson's total lack of ability , & court knowledge with absolute disorganization to complete simple task in court when he "argued my case" in front of the magistrate he was child like and pathetic!..had not the ability & backbone, did not display any knowledge as how to offer marked exhibits. The result with his actions put gold stars in the win columns for the opposing counsel! the result, The magistrate found me guilty of all counts. Mr. Peterson wanted to be paid about $6,000 more for his court display. I refused! told Mr. Peterson that the amount billed was not earned/not justified! If he disagreed, I may seek arbitration of all the billed fee's and court fee's w/ the Colorado Supreme court Attorney Regulation. And may also file a formal grievance with the Attorney Regulation.
