Provide advice on Brownfields redevelopment, 21E cost recovery actions and environmental insurance. Negotiate retail leases and purchase and sales agreements.Environmental and Land Use: represent clients before the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection regarding Superfund, 21E, the Clean Water Act, RCRA, EPCRA, the Clean Air Act, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Massachusetts Water Management Act. Provide advice on zoning and permitting, including the Boston Article 80 permitting process and Chapter 91 waterfront issues.
