Michael Palmer represents individuals in complex litigations, including wage and hour class actions, False Claims Act lawsuits, and employment discrimination actions.  His recent work includes litigating a lawsuit on behalf of drivers who allege they were misclassified as independent contractors and not paid overtime wages; representing female pharmaceutical reps asserting they were paid less than their male counterparts; and prosecuting a case on behalf of a health care worker who alleged his former employer engaged in illegal kickbacks, in violation of the False Claims Act.
