Michael Mohun is not only a great attorney but an extremely kind man. I am 23 living on my own away from my family and with absolutely no help financially. I work full time and have been trying for years to repair my horrible driving record. Of course to do that requires payment of fines and fees which I have to work to pay for so it's almost impossible to not drive. As soon as I would get close to regaining my licence I would slip up and get slapped with a whole bunch of tickets thus starting over again. I was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree (AUO 2nd) and a speeding ticket and was denied a puplic defender because my income is too high (apparently they don't take into consideration expenses other than the extremely bare basics).
