I needed an aggressive and articulate litigator and Mr. Miller provided me with the legal protection I needed in order to feel fully protected. Unfortunately that didn't last long and after that it was very hard to find out what was going on with my divorce. I would ask questions and receive very short texts with legalized terms that I didn't understand...so of course following up with more questions cost more money. The final straw was when I found out from my ex husband that the divorce was finalized 5 days prior. When I contacted the office about this the response was almost like "oops." Michael is the stereotypical divorce attorney, all talk no action, he missed dates on my case that cost me over $150-200,000, he delegated everything but the bravado, did not miss a chance to charge a fee, ran up the bill, was inept in negotiation with my ex wife's attorney, he mis managed my case in court to the point that i took over and ended up speaking with the judge, we had a deal in place prior to going to court that he refused to write up prior to going to court, it was a weekend after all ...
