During his final year and a half attendance of law school, Mr. McNichols clerked in the tax section at the Oregon Department of Justice. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Michael McNichols was involved in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry, including syndication analysis and review, brokerage, consulting and commercial appraisals. He has held real estate licenses in Louisiana, Colorado, Texas and Oregon. His law practice includes corporate and business law and litigation, real estate, estate planning and estate administration and general litigation. He has passed the Oregon and Washington bar examinations and is also licensed to appear in the Federal District Courts in those states. He represents clients located in Oregon, Washington, California, Texas, and the Phillippines. Michael lives in Canby with his wife and three sons.
