I went to McDivitt Law after I was t-boned in an accident in Monument. From the time the attorney came to my home to sign me up until the closing of the case, I always felt like I was well taken care of and in the right hands. My lawyer and his paralegal were always attentive of my needs and always kept me informed of what was going on. This is the first time I have ever used a personal injury lawyer (and hopefully the last), but I found that McDivitt Law Firm was great at what they do and I would NOT hesitate for a minute to use them again.

Dont hire McDivitt! McDivitt failed to call back in a respectable amount of time, also failed to be accommodating when it came to booking appointments. I live in Colorado Springs, so it's stupid to have to go to Denver for any appointments. In reading other bad reviews on McDivitt, it's clear there is a trend on McDivitt law firm dropping cases that other law firms will gladly represent. I've wasted 6 months with McDivitt just to be dropped because of a family death that interfered with my ability to make a couple of appointments. Well excuse me for living while my family needed me out of state for awhile. My advice is to shop around for another law firm that will show respect to you and your family over profit margins. Sounds like they call the highest profit margins back 1st based on another online review. We are a proud military family and feel we were neglected, and abused by McDivitt law firm.

After hiring McDivitt law firm & being represented for over 3 weeks, the insurance company filed a notice of contest. The McDivitt team said they would handle the notice only to withdraw from the case the very next day. This wasted valuable time for my case. I would NEVER recommend this law firm. That must be why they have to spend so much money on advertising.

My wife and I hired Mccivitt law firm to represent us in a personal injury case. When they found out the person that hit my wife had no net worth, they knew it was not worth a lot of money. They would not return calls, and the head of the office in down town Colorado Springs explained to me that he had to make decisions on the profit margin not my wife's case. Finally, they called the insurance company and notified them that they had dropped us before even notifying us weakening our case. I would steer clear of this firm.
