I am an experienced Omaha lawyer, licensed to practice in both Nebraska and Iowa. At McClellan Law Office, L.L.C. we  represent social security disability clients from the initial application up to the appeal of your case. We work with those in charge of handling an estate deal with the myriad of issues that can arise under Nebraska probate law and Iowa probate law. We have experience in handling estates that have Medicaid Estate Recovery issues.  If you are appointed personal representative or executor of an estate we work with you and provide the tools for you to handle the duties of the court appointed position
