The Buyer of my condo hired this attorney. This attorney kept insisting on documents unrelated to this transaction. Documents this attorney provided were incorrect, had typographical errors, and were not corrected even after the errors were pointed out. Specifically, I provided an executed POA, but this attorney rejected it. I was forced to pay for another, and when it was submitted by my attorney, it was instantly accepted... and it said exactly the same thing as the originally. I have also emailed and called this attorney several times, with no response. I would not recommend this attorney.
