A wide variety of first chair civil trial experience in jury, non-jury, and arbitration trials, both plaintiff and defendant, including injunction proceedings. Practice in Pennsylvania and Federal Courts. Appellate experience in all Pennsylvania appellate Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Responsible for matters involving contracts, franchising, real estate, construction law, personal injury, civil rights, civil RICO, employment law, trade secrets, distribution agreements, and other matters.
