Michael Lane primarily handles construction and suretyship disputes, representing owners, developers, sureties, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.  Mr. Lane’s depth of experience in construction, insurance, and commercial disputes allows him to advise and represent clients on a wide range of legal matters.  He also has considerable experience representing insurers in coverage and defense of property damage and personal injury claims.  Mr. Lane is active with the ABA Forum on Construction Law and has authored several articles on construction law topics.  He has an undergraduate degree from LSU and a JD from Tulane University.
