With almost 30 years of practice in Houston commercial real estate, Mr.Kuhn brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge of the localmarket to the advantage of his real estate clients. Over his career Mr.Kuhn has handled all types of real estate acquisition, disposition,development, and leasing matters. With significant experience in mostevery area of real estate law, he is able to responsively addressclients' needs and to create innovative solutions. His work encompassestraditional purchases and sales, leases and financings involving officebuildings, shopping centers, commercial and residential condominiums,and mixed-use projects, including large portfolio and multi-statetransactions. Mr. Kuhn's real estate clients range from individualinvestors to small- and mid-size real estate operating companies, up tolarge public-traded REITs, and other public companies. In recent years, Mr. Kuhn has amassed significant experience in thearea of office and retail leasing. He routinely drafts and negotiatescommercial leases and advises clients on complex leasing issues andstrategies. Mr. Kuhn is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the TexasBoard of Legal Specialization, having first received that designationin 1990.
