I cant ever get a hold of him every time I call. I cant even leave a message ever and my case starts in court with in a week. Why do I always get lawyers here in Jackson county who genuinely don't represent me to the best of their abilities. Maybe they just don't have better"abilities" here because it's not the standard. They are all just puppets at the public defenders office.. I don't know. But what I do know is that I don't want to be found guilty of things I did not do. Hence my charges are b.s. I need time to have a fighting chance which this has carried on over a year now with the least effort possible.not even cracking my case to read it yet. Let me tell you.

it is my belief that Mr Kellington cares more about his standing within the community of lawyers and judges he will not risk anything on the behalf of a client. I was heartbroken to see how little he tried to represent me. Jim convicted felon
