He will charge for every email, voice mail, phone call, text, physical conversations, even exaggerates on the time. I confronted him by addressing the bill with him, he stated he had a 1 hour conversation and when I showed him my AT&T bill that showed his name,number and number of minutes he said that he still continued reviewing the documents...the conversation took 2 minutes!
