The insurance company showed every sign of putting up a serious fight for what was a large claim. Police also took an interest in the fire, and asked me to take a polygraph. I consulted MFC regarding the polygraph, they referred me to Michael. He handled every aspect of the claim after that. He gave solid advice, and investigated the available information very thoroughly. He made observations the insurance company and police overlooked. Rather than dealing with a criminal investigation, or a contested claim, the claim was settled (albeit slowly, as insurance companies apparently tend to with large claims).
