When I arrived home to find my husband had committed suicide, an investigation lead to exonerating me, but a polygraph was requested to clear me of any involvement. Family counseled me to get a lawyer before doing so. I contacted Mr. Hawkins. After thorough review of the facts as I knew them, Mr. Hawkins set up a meeting with me and the state police to verify their position as to my innocence. This was key to helping close the case on my husband's death. Mr. Hawkins then guided me in the process of only answering the question asked, not elaborating. The polygraph went well and no interrogations were done afterwards, since all other questions were handled at the meeting with the state police detective. Mr. Hawkins and associate Joshua Farley answered my questions and emails promptly and gave me confidence in a positive resolution with their knowledge of the law and legal system and their professional attitude throughout this ordeal.
