I highly recommend Mr. Haddock. His knowledge and insights, responsiveness, thoroughness and integrity prevented a difficult legal matter from becoming overwhelming for us. We are very pleased Mr. Haddock's professionalism and will consult with him again for future needs
Kept me informed at every step in my real estate matter. He is very knowledgeable of the laws and details associated with what is needed to proceed through what could have been a very frustrating ordeal.
I would highly recommend Michael Haddock. My first meeting with Mike was very informative, he provided honest answers and realistic outcomes. Within 24 hrs of us speaking he was actively handling my matter. His prompt response and action in my matter helped expedite things very quickly.
I was referred to Sheridan Haddock Law Firm for my start up business. I met with Mr. Michael Haddock whom laid out clear directions that would need to be taken to protect both me and Independant marketing agents; as my product was patent pending that I wished to test market feasibility and commercially pursue. Mr. Haddock was fair, knowledgeble, and financially appropriate for my interests. I had previously dealt with Legal Representation that was not. I have since used Mike personally for numerous other legal business concerns. Always been satisfied with this home town Attorney with 'Big City' knowledge. Thank you for your continued services.
We were happy with our service from Michael and highly recommend him to others.
Did a great job for me. I did some research and Michael P. Haddock has only ever had one complaint in his career- the other guy on this board.
Worse attorney ever. Would rarely return my calls, texts or emails. I went to him for a simple divorce, no children and after 15 months and $9,600 I finally got a court date. He wouldn’t listen to me as to what I wanted. Many times I wondered if I was his first divorce case. I would never use him again or recommend him.
I hired Michael for a Divorce/Assault case, at the recommendation of a neighbor and friend. after discussing the case with Mr Haddock, and noting that I would not cop a plea to an offense I did not commit, and wanting a vigorous defense, I paid Mr Haddock $500 more than his requested retainer, again noting that the extra $500 was for a vigorous defense on the misdemeanor assault case. Mr Haddock was marginally responsive, in fact my ex tells me she was nver notified about many issues I had directed Mr Haddock to relay to her attorney (trying to sell a house while a PPO was in effect) On Jury selectiuon day, Mr Haddock advised me that I would have to hire another attorney if I refused to accept a plea bargain. throughout the pre-trial phase, Mr Haddock had been advising me that the prosecution just wanted the case to delay and be dismissed after the divorce, after the jury selection day, I asked the court clerk, and all delays had been set by Mr Haddock. I inquired on the reasons for the delays, and noted that he started off by telling the court, almost a month after being given the case, that he had just been given the case, and didn't have time to prepare. He had told me on that 1st pre-trial that the reason for the delay was that the Prosecutor had just recieved the "victim's statement" earlier that morning, Was that accurate? I now have to ask myself if anything Mr. Haddock had told me was accurate.
