Contract for SSDI stated law office would only get paid if I was granted back pay.law office won my case which was great but I was not granted back pay so since I was not granted back pay and law office did not make any money they tried to renegotiate my contract!! Very unethical!!

I hired Michael Gopin to help me with my injury law suit. However, after nine months Michael Gopin's office dropped my case because they couldn't settle out of court and informed me they don't litigate. They send me to another attorney to start the entire lawsuit all over again.

Very Disappointing! My case was settled in may and I have been waiting for over six weeks for Michael J Gopin to approve some documents so I can receive a check. His office actually told me don't call us, we'll call you when we have your check. If I owed Michael J Gopin money I'm sure he wouldn't wait six, seven, eight, nine or ten weeks to get it. I can't get any better answer other then he has a lot to do. I hired your Law Firm Michael J Gopin, you didn't hire me, you get paid only because you have customers, stop acting like the settlement is your money, it's not! You don't help your clients, you only add insult to injury!
